By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, and that you will comply with the requirements outlined herein. If you do not agree to all of these terms or cannot comply with the requirements, please do not access the platform or use the services.

Services
- Build it Upp connects customers with service providers (each referred to as an “SP”). We assist customers in discovering and selecting an SP based on the characteristics that matter most to them.
- Build it Upp acts as an intermediary, helping customers complete projects according to the agreements executed between customers and SPs. Once the contract is signed and submitted to Build it Upp, and the project has commenced, we will track the project’s phases and development.
- Building materials are supplied to registered businesses (B2B) only; individual customers (B2C) or end consumers cannot purchase construction materials from Build it Upp’s supply team.
- The Supply Chain Management (SCM) team has pre-specified timelines for executing orders for particular material categories.
- Invoices will be generated by Build it Upp and sent to businesses within 48 hours of delivery.
- Build it Upp will provide leads to customers seeking assistance with plot-to-plot developments for a fixed commission fee. We will not be involved in negotiating the price of the land being purchased or discussed by the customer.
- Build it Upp will digitally promote its client partners for a fixed fee, with no involvement in negotiating property prices.

Accessing And Using Our Site And Services
You agree that any information you provide while creating your account is complete and accurate, and you commit to keeping it up to date. For instance, we send notices via email to your account, and you agree to maintain a current and valid email address for receiving notifications under these Terms.

- Restrictions: You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

- Modify, copy, or reproduce the Services in whole or in part.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or structure of the software used in the Services.

- Provide, lease, or lend the Services to any third party.

- Remove any proprietary notices or labels displayed on the Services.

- Modify or create derivative works of any part of the Services.

- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or contrary to these Terms.

You will:
- Ensure that your users comply with these Terms.

- Use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Services.

- Use the Services only in accordance with the User Guide and applicable laws and regulations.

- Confirm that, in relation to the supply of building materials, you are a compliant business and not an individual.

Charges – You acknowledge that utilizing any SP’s services will incur charges for the products or services provided by that SP (“SP Charges”). Additionally, using the Build it Upp services will result in charges for the products or services provided by Build it Upp (“Build it Upp Charges”) (collectively referred to as “Charges”). You will be informed of the Charges prior to the provision of products or services by either Build it Upp or the SPs, including any applicable cancellation fees and terms. You should verify Charges each time you request products or services. Applicable taxes will be added to all Charges as required by law.

Payment – Payments for Charges are due immediately upon the provision or start of applicable products and services. All payments are final and non-refundable at the discretion of Build it Upp. Build it Upp will facilitate your payment to the SP, and you acknowledge that purchases of services and products from any SP are transactions solely between you and that SP, not with Build it Upp.
